Cook 200g frozen peas in boiling water for 2 mins, drain and whiz in a food processor with 20g butter, a thick slice of white bread torn into chunks and 2 tbsp mint jelly, then season.
Cover with a tightfitting lid and cook over a very low heat, shaking the pan from time to time. Don't lift the lid as this will let the steam out and you will need longer cooking time.
